Shamanic Breathwork, Transformational Breathing & Pressure Points Therapy
Within a breahting session, breathing is continuous, meaning that there is no pause on the in and out exhalation. Because the breath is (oxygen) energy for the body, this technique will ensure that larger amounts of energy will pass through the body. This energy will also pass through pain spots and blockages and these will be able to be felt stronger and speak louder. Because it is a meditative technique, it will be easier for you to let go of your head and you can come into contact with your subconscious and therefore be able to talk to your body or get images of the blocking energies.
Many blockages are pushed away energies due to trauma's. Thanks to this technique, in addition to much relaxation, intense emotional discharge can also occur. The blockage can be removed from this energy and can start flowing again.

Due to the unique combination with Japanese pressure point therapy and Pranic healing (a form of Reiki), blockages can be lifted and you can gain in-depth insights.
I also apply this technique myself, because I also have a very strong mind and cannot release quickly, so this healing technique is used to press the 'reset' button and to listen to my body and therefore my own counselors again.
What is Shamanic Breathing?
Shamanic Breathwork, also known as Circular Breathing Therapy, has several studies and evidence of how it can break down stress, help with the recovery of buried trauma, help with recovery from chronic anxiety and panic attacks. In addition, it can make you reconnect with your body.
Shamanic Breathwork also uses music as a catalyst to gain access to deep emotion and unconscious thoughts, feelings and emotions and tensions, along with deep circular breathing. This practice was conceived and studied by Dr. Stansilov Groff in the 1960s as a powerful therapeutic tool and this is what we will focus on within the session.
Shamanic breathing and Shiatsu / Pranic healing helps with:

The breathing session together with the Shiatsu / pranic healing combination takes approximately 2 to 3 hours.
The treatment takes place on a soft Japanese mat (futon). Clothes stay on during treatment, so it is nice to wear comfortable clothing. Breathing is not really pleasant when you have just eaten, also try to eat as lightly as possible, such as a soup.
The advice is to take it easy after the treatment, not to make any busy or stressful appointments or efforts. This can also have effects for the day after, so I would keep this as calm and relaxed day as possible.
